This quality Balsamic Vinegar from Emilia-Romagna is produced to exacting standards by food author and educator Lorenza de Medici. It is aged in small casks of oak, chestnut, jasmine, juniper and cherry wood. This quality balsamic is made in the style of traditional Modenese balsamic, is intensely aromatic with a balanced sweet and tart flavor with a dry finish. It is produced from cooked must and wine vinegar that are produced on premises and aged in wooden barrels. The gradual transfer of woody essences from barrel aging gives this product an aromatic complexity, intense bouquet and silky aftertaste. Annual production in bottles.
