I just tried your Castelas EVOO - was luscious with grilled halibut, shallots, tomatoes & fresh artichokes! Enjoyed seeing your Castelas video & the producer of this Provence in a bottle :) Noticed during Anthony Bourdain’s No Reservations Provence episode that Castelas was used for their Aioli. Your olive oils really are the BEST I've ever found for flavor…

Hey Bill! Just have to comment on the Castelas Olive Oil. You and I and Cheryllynn spent a great day in the south of France watching first-hand as this marvelous oil was gently separated from the olives. Our home always has a bottle ready for dipping and it is as incredible each time as the very first taste we had that day. Fresh, fresh, fresh with a wonderful finish. Thanks for that great day and for making this oil available!
