Riserva Nando, named after Ferdinando Cavalli, is the condimento balsamico that the late Nando Cavalli kept for his personal use. The antique mulberry and juniper barrels that Nando collected in the late 1920’s have endowed this product with silky smooth richness, like rare port, with a deep prune-like color. Cavalli Riserva Nando is of a higher caliber than most condimento balsamico due to the fact that it is aged longer in small casks, resulting in a finer, more intense flavor. It is an excellent addition to marinades; mayonnaise, gravies and salads.
